The company is divided into two basic centres according to specialisation, i.e. the disposal of hazardous and other industrial waste including the service of waste collection by means of large-volume containers and the centre of redevelopment work.
At present the company runs 2 business centres of which the one in Zruč has the key role.
Individual centres have been established in order to provide better access to provided services, establishment of a close contact with individual business partners which provide a detailed knowledge of their businesses and needs as regards waste management and environmental protection not only concerning legislature but also the waste management itself.
A balanced division of the company to these centres improves the efficiency of collecting by minimising transport distances. This fact also increases the capacity of collecting means of the company and enables faster reaction to requirements of individual business partners.
