Eliod servis s.r.o. was established in 1997. One year after the establishment, the firm merged with its French partners.

The merge gave rise to a Czech-French company which makes use of the know-how and expertise in handling hazardous wastes abroad, especially as regards the conditions in European Union.

20 % owned by Kentaur s.r.o.

80% owned by Sarp Industries s.a.
